PIN Access to Google Drive Files will be coming soon
If you have shared a Google Doc with someone who does not have a Google account you shared the link with "anyone with the link can view". If you have information that may possibly be a bit sensitive, or you would like them to be able to view, comment, suggest edits to, and directly edit Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides files - you soon will be able to do this. Google has announced a beta version for a pincode process that will enable collaboration to occur using PINs (Personal Identification Numbers). Below, you will see an example of how it works...
