Important iPhone features - Medical Information + Emergency SOS

If you (or loved ones) have an iPhone there are a few important features to look into.

1. Add medical information in the Health app. This is important so first responders will have access to allergies and reactions, medications,  blood type, as well as an emergency contact. To find this feature, open your Health app and fill out the medical ID
2. Quickly call for emergency help by clicking the Sleep/Wake button at least 5 times to call for help. This will also send a message to all emergency contacts you entered in your Medical ID.
